As bike riders, we appreciated the access to a kitchen and the option to cook our own meals. the roof terrace was a great spot to relax and have dinner with other travelers. the hosts, an older Mexican couple, were incredibly warm and welcoming, making us feel right at home. They were fluent in Spanish and very helpful in showing us where everything was. We also loved the fact that despite being recommended to raise their prices, they chose to keep them affordable to help more people. it was like staying in a home away from home with lovely hosts and a clean, comfortable room.
Felt very lucky, no reason to complain.

Amazing hosts, welcoming and make you feel at home. Excellent location, close to town center. Easy check-in/out. Room has everything needed, including great air conditioning. Highly recommend!

casa fernery was a delightful surprise during our date night in valladolid. the hosts were incredibly warm and helpful, providing us with a map and great recommendations. the location was perfect and the communal kitchen and rooftop terrace added to the charm. we will definitely be returning!

We had a lovely stay at a charming family-run casa in Valladolid. The hosts were cute and provided us with a helpful map to explore the town. The location was great, just a block away from the market and a couple of blocks from Cenote Zaci. Despite being basic, the accommodation was priced excellently. We also appreciated the communal kitchen and the availability of free purified water. The rooftop terrace was a fantastic spot to relax and enjoy the sunset. We loved it so much that we chose to return when we came back to Valladolid!

The room at Casa Fernery was perfect for me as a bike rider. It had everything I needed, like a kitchenette with a fridge and microwave. The air conditioning was a lifesaver after a long day of cycling. Plus, the private entrance and balcony added a nice touch!
Personally, I wasn't a big fan of the cable TV in the room. But hey, that's just me!
